InnoVASion

Whilst we cannot divulge the name of the client we can say that this was for an Innovation project to develop new products and services for this brand to avoid commodity – it ran over two weeks with over 40 clients involved, flying in to Dubai and partaking in structured Ideation sessions in conjunction with their research and advertising agencies.
It was a great experience and got us thinking, too often brands are thought of in terms of thier logo, or even their advertising – but really the message we want to get out there is that this is not the case, its the experiences that people really remember, the way you make them feel through customer service, the services or products that you offer – a brand is no longer about a positioning and a logo, the positioning now should work across everything you do as a business, from the inside-out.
